Designed around modular steel components and recycled plastic counterweights, the system creates a safe working environment without compromising the roof structure.
EazyRoof can be installed as either a freestanding, non-penetrative system or a fixed solution, depending on roof construction, load requirements and project constraints. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of roofing materials and building types.
The system is quick and easy to erect, based on pre-assembled uprights, 2.5m cross rails and slide-on counterweights, allowing rapid installation with minimal disruption on site.
Fully tested to EN 13374:2004, Class A, EazyRoof provides compliant fall protection for maintenance and access activities at roof level.
Manufactured from galvanised steel components with corrosion-resistant coatings and stainless steel fixings, the EazyRoof system is built for long-term external exposure. Depending on location and environment, a service life of between 15 and 25 years can be expected.
For freestanding installations, 20kg recycled plastic counterweights provide the required stability without roof penetration. These counterweights are ergonomically designed for handling and manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled PVC compound, supporting both safety and sustainability objectives.
